Happy Monday y’all! How was everyone’s weekend? We took the pup for a (tiring) 7 mile hike/trail run on Saturday up in the White Mountains. It was 75 and sunny, which made for perfect hiking weather! After watching both my Dawgs (Go UGA!) and the Patriots win, I made the season’s first batch of chili and a yummy paleo apple crisp which made for a delicious Sunday dinner. All in all, a slow but fun weekend!
Let’s get this week going! I came across this stunning home, designed by the talented Kate Marker, I knew I had to share. Rather than doing my traditional home tour, I thought it would be fun to show you how you can get this room in your own home! The living room is gorgeous & versatile for any style home – it’s monochromatic, it’s classic & it is a solid base for any home. I often get asked, “where do I start?” This is where! Let me help you…
Considering this space homes an antique Oushak rug, Chairs by Verellen, and an Aerin Lauder lamp, it’s fair to say it costs a pretty penny. So I’ve put together some items that will allow you to have a similar space for less:
What do you think?! Which piece is your favorite?!
{chairs // rug // fig tree vase // coffee table // side table // bench // white lamp // art}

I love this room! I think the soft colors are so pretty and classic. Those chairs have to be my favorite look about the room but it is everything together that really makes it come together.
