Happy Friday Y’all! I feel like we just finished the first official week of the new year and we are into the swing of things. I am such a creature of habit so I love being back in a normal routine, which includes weekly meal prep, daily gym workouts and a normal bed time. Plus it has been a *tolerable* January in Boston thus far, so I have been walking a lot which is always a good thing. This weekend will be low key for sure as I started a new job on Monday (!!!) so I am still adjusting to the new schedule. Speaking of my new job, I will be writing a blog post in the next month about this – particularly what to do when you feel “stuck” at work, how to search for a new job, shifting careers, etc. It’s a lot to digest so I want to gather my thoughts and then share what I have learned with you.
