Given that my brownstone building was built in 1910, but has gone through a handful of renovations, it’s got a lot to offer. It has tons of natural light (3 HUGE windows in the living area), beautiful refinished hardwood floors and so much historic charm: think arched doorways & intricate crown molding. When I started decorating, I knew I wanted to highlight these amazing features, while bringing in a modern-chic feel.
I am thisclose to being ready to reveal my apartment, but I still have a few pictures to hang, plants to buy, flowers to arrange, and a few other finishing touches! I am, however, done with the big, main purchases. (my bank account can now thank me)…

I’m pretty much obsessed with every single thing I’ve purchased so far- and this is just the main living area! You can see the vibe I’m going for right? White / gray / gold / chic, with a hint of pink….thoughts?!
